Sport Specific Training offered by Core Fitness
Core Fitness offers individualized, sport-specific training programs to help improve the performance of all types of athletes. Participants of our Athlete Training Classes receive:
• Initial Fitness Evaluation to determine strengths and weaknesses as they relate to the athlete’s specific sport
• Sport-specific training program designed by NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to increase speed, power and strength as well as improve agility, coordination, balance and flexibility
• One-on-one instruction of safe form and technique used in all exercises
• Spotting and assistance at all necessary times
• Continuous reevaluations and program revisions as athletic needs and sport’s seasons change
• The benefits of group training with athletes of similar needs
